Shipping policy
At Roamlen, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle and process your shipments.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. Due to significantly higher shipping costs, orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will incur a flat $100 shipping fee regardless of order value.
Order Processing
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped. This email will contain your order details and tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-10 days from the date of shipment.
Expedited Shipping: Not currently offered.
International Shipping
We currently only offer international shipping to Canada. All orders shipping to Canada are subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are required by the Canadian government.
Flat-Rate Shipping Fee: $50 USD ($73 CAD) per order
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-10 days from the date of shipment.
Expedited Shipping: Not currently offered.
Returns & Refunds for International Orders
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days for assistance.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Provide photos of the damaged package and items to expedite the process.
